How is it calculated?

Four steps, using only the six figures you enter.

Full incentive
Deals a year, multiplied by average deal value, by the share of deals that qualify and by the incentive rate on a registered deal.
Made today
Full incentive multiplied by your current registration rate.
Missed in a year
Full incentive less what you made today. Missed each month is that figure divided by twelve.
Extra sales needed
Missed in a year divided by your resale margin. It is the new revenue you would have to sell to earn the same profit.
