Airstride is the modern PRM for modern CRMs. Partner software has been built around Salesforce and HubSpot for fifteen years, and the revenue teams starting partner programs today are on Attio, folk and Zoho. We are the ones building for them.
Sales
You own UK and European new business, selling Airstride to partnership and revenue leaders at B2B SaaS companies who are running their partner program on a spreadsheet or on software built for someone else's CRM.
Read the roleYou are our first sales hire in the United States, owning new business across US time zones and shaping how Airstride sells into the market where most of our category's buyers sit.
Read the roleEvery role here is remote. UK roles come with one day a month in the London office, and that is the only day anyone is expected in. The US Account Executive role is fully remote anywhere in the United States, with no office day attached to it.
We are small enough that the person who takes a customer call is usually the person who ships the fix. That is the trade: more ownership than you would get elsewhere, and less structure to hide behind. If you want a defined lane and a manager between you and the customer, this is the wrong place.
Everyone here runs the product on themselves. Our own partner program lives in Airstride, our migrations are done by the engineers who build the importers, and the fastest route from a customer complaint to a fix is usually one conversation.
The same process for every role, published so you know what you are walking into.
You send the form on the role page. Every application is read by a person, and you get an answer either way.
A conversation with someone on the team about what you have done and what you want next. This is also your chance to work out whether you want the job.
A working session on a real problem from the role, done together rather than set as homework. No take-home tests you never hear back about.
You talk to the people you would work with, including a founder. We answer anything you want to ask about the company, the numbers and the plan.
If it is a yes from both sides, we make an offer and explain how we arrived at it.
Open the role you want and fill in the form at the bottom of the page. It asks for your name, your email and a link to your LinkedIn profile or CV. There is no attachment to upload and no account to create.

Yes. Every role page carries its base range, and the roles that carry commission show on-target earnings next to it. The range on the page is the range we hire against, so there is no hidden band above it.
An application, an intro call, a practical working session on a real problem from the role, a conversation with the team including a founder, and then an offer. Every application gets an answer either way.
Yes. Email careers@airstride.ai with what you do and what you are looking for. We would rather hear from someone good early than fill a role we have not written yet.
