Partner Manager

The role in one line

You build and run Airstride's own partner ecosystem: the agencies, consultancies and CRM platforms who put us in front of the revenue teams we want to reach.

London, UKFull timeRemote1 day a month in office£70,000 to £90,000

Remote. The whole team spends one day a month together in the London office, and that is the only day anyone is expected in.

This role pays £70,000 to £90,000 base, with on-target earnings of £90,000 to £115,000. The range is the range: we do not hold back a band and we do not expect you to negotiate against yourself.

We sell partner software. It would be strange to grow without a partner program of our own, and stranger still to sell one we did not use daily.

You own that program. You recruit the agencies and consultancies who implement Attio, folk and Zoho for a living, you build the relationships inside the CRM platforms themselves, and you turn both into a repeatable source of pipeline.

You will run all of it inside Airstride. That makes you our most demanding user, and the fastest route we have to knowing what the product gets wrong.

What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard the agencies, consultancies and CRM platforms who already sit with our buyers.
  • Own the partner-sourced pipeline number, and the tiering and incentives that move it.
  • Run account mapping with partners to find shared accounts, then get the two sides on a call together.
  • Build the enablement partners need: positioning, collateral, demo support, co-marketing.
  • Manage the co-sell motion with our account executives, from registered deal to closed revenue.
  • Use Airstride to run every one of the above, and tell the product team plainly where it falls short.

What we are looking for

  • You have run a partner, channel or alliances program and can point at revenue it produced.
  • You are comfortable owning a number rather than a relationship count.
  • You can sell the partnership internally as well as externally, which usually means to a sales team that has not met the partner yet.
  • You write clearly. Partner enablement is mostly writing.
  • You are happy building the program rather than inheriting one.

Nice to have

  • You have partnered with CRM or go-to-market platforms before.
  • You have worked at a B2B SaaS company under a hundred people.
  • You have been on the other side, as an agency or reseller.

What does success look like?

A named set of partners who send us qualified deals without being chased, an account mapping habit that produces introductions rather than spreadsheets, and a partner-sourced share of pipeline that keeps climbing.

The second measure is quieter and matters as much: the product gets better because you are using it hard and saying so.

How we hire

The same process for every role, published so you know what you are walking into.

  1. Application

You send the form on the role page. Every application is read by a person, and you get an answer either way.

  2. Intro call

A conversation with someone on the team about what you have done and what you want next. This is also your chance to work out whether you want the job.

  3. The practical

A working session on a real problem from the role, done together rather than set as homework. No take-home tests you never hear back about.

  4. Meet the team

You talk to the people you would work with, including a founder. We answer anything you want to ask about the company, the numbers and the plan.

  5. Offer

If it is a yes from both sides, we make an offer and explain how we arrived at it.
