Airstride Ltd (“Airstride”, “we”, “us”) provides the partner revenue growth platform at airstride.ai and app.airstride.ai. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, the Airstride application, and the Airstride MCP connector.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When a customer ends their subscription, we delete or return customer data in line with our agreement, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact privacy@airstride.ai. If you are an end user of a customer's Airstride workspace, we may direct your request to that customer. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
