One vendor
The one you do the most deals with is the most useful, not the one with the biggest deals.
Pick one vendor. Send us a quarter of closed deals. We come back with what was registered, what qualified and was not, and what the quarter would have paid with Capture in place.
The one you do the most deals with is the most useful, not the one with the biggest deals.
The standard closed-won report from your CRM at product or SKU level. Three to six months is ideal. Customer names can be anonymised; we only need the products, quantities, values, dates and deal type.
The vendor's partner programme document from the portal and your partner tier.
The vendor's statement or the total for the period. If your CRM records whether each deal was registered, that works too.
A short report with your registration rate for that vendor, the deals that qualified and were not registered, the incentive those deals would have paid, how much of the statement reconciles to deals and a view of the same quarter with Capture in place. Where the vendor pays one lump sum with no breakdown, we reconcile from the rules and tell you what the sum should have been.
You will know within days whether this is worth your time. If the gap is small, we will say so.
A trial would mean connecting systems before you know the size of the problem. The analysis shows you the gap first, on real deals, with nothing connected and nothing to commit to.
Each page answers one question buyers ask, so you can send it to whoever needs it.
Every qualifying deal registered in the most profitable way, followed through and claimed. See what it would mean for your vendors.
