Brand the portal as your own

Your logo, your colours, your domain and your identity provider. Three steps, and after them your partners are signing in to your brand rather than ours.

Before you begin

  • Your logo as an SVG or PNG, plus a favicon. A link to your brand guidelines covers both.
  • Your primary and accent colour as hex values.
  • Access to your DNS provider, if you want partners on your own subdomain.
  • Your identity provider's metadata URL, if you are turning on SSO. Your IT team will have it.
Step 1

Upload your logo and set your colours

Open brand settings and set your logo, your primary colour, your accent colour and your favicon. The preview beside the form is the partner view, so you can see what you are shipping before you ship it.

Saving applies the change across every partner-facing screen immediately. There is no code involved and no release to wait for, which matters more than it sounds: it means a rebrand is an afternoon rather than a project.

  2. Upload your logo.
  3. Pick your primary colour and your accent.
  4. Save. There is no deploy and no release to wait on.
  5. Every partner-facing screen carries it from that moment.
Step 2

Point your own domain at the portal

Enter the subdomain you want partners to sign in on, something like partners.yourco.com. Airstride shows you a single CNAME record. Add it at your DNS provider, come back and hit verify.

Once the record resolves, the SSL certificate is issued for you and renews on its own. From that point the address bar reads as your company, which is the detail a procurement reviewer checks first.

  2. Add the CNAME record shown to your DNS provider.
  3. Verify. Airstride checks the record and issues the certificate.
  4. Live on your domain, with SSL provisioned for you.
Step 3

Connect your identity provider

Choose SAML 2.0 or OIDC, whichever your provider runs on, pick the provider and paste its metadata URL. Your team and your partners then sign in with credentials they already have, and there is no separate Airstride password anywhere in the picture.

Turn on SCIM in the same panel and accounts follow your directory from then on. Someone joins a group and their account is created with the right role. Someone leaves and access is revoked without anyone filing a ticket.

Where your brand shows up

White-labelling is only convincing if it holds everywhere. These are the surfaces it covers.

  • The portal itself: header, navigation and every screen inside it.
  • The login and signup pages, so the first thing a partner sees is your brand.
  • The address bar, on your own subdomain with SSL provisioned for you.
  • Partner emails and notifications, sent from your brand rather than ours.
  • The browser tab, via your own favicon.

Common questions

Will partners see Airstride branding anywhere?

No. With white-labelling on, Airstride branding is removed from the portal, the emails and the login screens. Partners experience it as your platform, with the infrastructure running quietly behind your brand.

How long do brand changes take to appear?

Logo, colours and favicon apply the moment you save. There is no deploy and no release to wait on. Custom domain setup is a DNS record and a verification check, then the certificate is issued for you.

Which identity providers work?

Any that supports SAML 2.0 or OIDC. That covers Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Duo, Rippling and Ping Identity. If your provider follows the standard, it works.

What does SCIM actually do for us?

It connects Airstride to your directory so accounts stay in sync on their own. Add someone to a group and their account is created with the right role. Remove them and access is revoked. Nobody administers accounts on either side.

Does the custom domain support SSL?

Yes. The certificate is provisioned for you once the CNAME record verifies, and it renews automatically. You never handle a certificate.

Which plan includes white-labelling and SSO?

The white-label portal, custom domain, branded login and branded emails are on the Enterprise plan, as are SAML, OIDC and SCIM. See pricing or talk to us about enabling them for your workspace.

See it wearing your brand

Send us your logo and we will show you the portal your partners would sign in to, rather than a demo tenant with our name on it.
