A journey puts training, documents and tasks in order, with a due date for each step counted from the day a partner is enrolled. Publish it to a segment or to every new partner, then see who is behind.
Open Journeys and choose New journey. Give it a name partners will recognise, then use Add step to build the path. A step can be a training module, a document from your Content Library, a task, a partner agreement, a video or a checklist.
Each step has its own due date, set as a number of days after enrolment, so a partner who joins next month gets the same amount of time as one who joins today. Drag steps to put them in order.
Depth is optional: it appears to partners next to the journey's time estimate, so they know what they are signing up for. Save draft keeps the journey to yourself until you are ready.
Under Who gets this journey, choose one of two audiences:
When you choose Publish, the confirmation says how many partners are enrolled straight away. Choose Publish and enrol to go ahead.
The Enrolled partners tab lists every partner on the journey with their progress, their next step and when it is due. The partners most at risk come first: those with overdue steps, then those marked Stalled, then the earliest due date.
If a partner finished a step somewhere Airstride cannot see, such as signing an agreement on paper, choose Mark complete. The partner sees the step as done, and the record shows who marked it.
Partners see the journey on their dashboard: which step they are on, how many are done, and a button that takes them straight to the next one. Training steps complete themselves when the partner finishes the module.
No. The audience is fixed once a journey is published, so nobody is enrolled or dropped by surprise. Clone the journey and publish the copy to a different audience.
No. It enrols partners who join from now on. To reach partners you already have, publish to a segment that holds them.
Yes. You can add steps and reword them after publishing. Only the audience is fixed.
It counts. The step shows as completed before enrolment, so nobody is asked to do the same training twice.
You choose: when any one person is certified, when every member is, or when every member with a given role is. With the every-member options, people who join the partner later do not reopen a step that is already complete.
Yes. Reminders start three days before each step is due, and the partner is told when a step becomes overdue.
The partner has not completed a step in the last 14 days. Steps your team marked complete for them do not count, so Stalled reflects what the partner is actually doing.
Up to 50. Drag them into the order you want; partners see them in that order.
We will build a journey for your next partner intake with you on the call.
