Fewer Clicks. Truer Numbers.
Deals Management now moves at the speed you review deals. Jump a deal straight to any stage, capture the fields you need from each kind of partner, and sort, filter and export the list you are looking at.
Why we built this
A deal could only move one stage at a time. Recording a lost deal meant walking it through Closed Won first, which also pushed a Won into your CRM that never happened. A deal that was not ready yet had nowhere to go except Lost.
Now every stage is one pick away, and terminal stages read as outcomes rather than steps. You can add a Nurture stage for deals that are not ready, and flag one as your disqualification stage, which stays out of open, won and lost reporting.
Totals were wrong in a quieter way: a pound deal and a dollar deal were added together under one symbol. Every board column, list group, forecast and Overview figure now shows each currency on its own.
What changed in Deals Management?
Faster stage moves, forms that fit each partner, and money totals you can trust.
Any stage in two clicks, with undo
Move to stage on a list row, a board card or the deal page lists every stage, grouped into Pipeline, Close deal and Disqualify, and the confirmation offers Undo for ten seconds.
A registration form for each partner segment
Give a segment its own deal form, so a referral partner fills in a short introduction while a reseller gives full detail, including prospect HQ country, annual revenue and buyer team size.
Totals per currency
A stage holding pounds and dollars reads “£1.8M + $3.2M” instead of one mixed sum, and a deal with no currency counts in its vendor’s currency.
How do you find the deals that came in this month?
The List view now filters, sorts and exports what partner managers ask for most.
Filter by submitted date
Pick a Submitted Date range in Filters. The list and every count above it narrow to the referrals that came in during those days.
Filters → Submitted DateSort by any column
Tap a column header to sort by deal, owner, close date, value, last activity or the new Submitted column, and switch to Single list to sort the whole pipeline at once.
By stage / Single listExport what you see
Export downloads a CSV of exactly the deals on screen, in the same order, with your search, filters and sort applied.
