Every Partner Knows What Comes Next.
A partner journey is an ordered list of steps with a due date on each one. Partners are enrolled by segment, reminded before a step is due, and you can see exactly where each of them is.
Why we built this
Onboarding a partner is a sequence: finish the certification, read the playbook, sign the reseller agreement, book the kickoff call. Most programmes keep that sequence in a spreadsheet and a run of chase emails, so nobody on either side can see which step a partner is on or which one is late.
Partner journeys put the sequence in Airstride. You build it once, choose who it is for, and every matching partner is enrolled automatically, including partners who join later. Each partner sees a card on their home page with their next step and its due date. You see a table of every enrolled partner, ranked with the ones most at risk at the top.
Steps, reminders and signed agreements in one place
Four kinds of step, an audience that keeps itself up to date, and a record of who accepted what.
Journeys built from four kinds of step
Add training modules, documents from your Content Library, tasks with an instruction and an optional link, and agreements, then drag them into order and give each one a due date counted from the day the partner is enrolled.
Reminders before a step is late
Partners get a bell notification and an email in the three days before a step is due and again once it is overdue, and a partner with no progress for 14 days is flagged as stalled on your table.
Versioned agreements with an audit trail
A partner admin accepts the agreement as a journey step, a new version asks every partner to accept again, and the Agreements tab shows who has accepted which version.
How do you set up a partner journey?
Journeys live under Partners, beside the Segments and Agreements tabs.
Save a segment
Describe the partners a journey is for by partner type, country, commission motion or tier, or pick specific partners by name. The segment is evaluated whenever it is used, so new partners who match are included.
Partners → SegmentsBuild and publish the journey
Name the journey, add and order its steps, set a due day on each, and choose a segment or everyone who joins from now on. Publishing enrols every matching partner at once.
Partners → JourneysTrack progress
Open the journey to see each partner’s progress, next step, overdue count and who completed each step. You can mark a training, document or task step complete on a partner’s behalf.
