Read your partner pipeline

Every deal your partners bring in lands on one page, in three views. Pick the one that answers your question, narrow it to the deals you care about, then save the view or export it.

Before you begin

  • Deals in Airstride. Partners register them, or they arrive from your CRM. See register and approve deals.
  • Your stages set up as you work them. The Board and the stage totals follow your own pipeline stages.
  • Optional: a target for the quarter, set from the Board, so the weighted pipeline has something to measure against.
Step 1

Choose a view

Open Deals. Board, Forecast and List sit along the top, and they show the same deals in three ways.

Board is the pipeline by stage: one column per stage, each headed by its deal count and value. Forecast is the weekly view. It shows Needs your review (pending deals waiting on your approval), Closing this week (approved deals nearing their expected close), Won this quarter and your top partners. List is a table of every deal. It can be grouped By stage or shown as a Single list.

  2. Forecast: what needs your review, what closes this week, what you won.
  3. List: every deal in a table, sorted by the column you choose.
Step 2

Narrow it down

The controls above the deals work the same way in every view.

  • Status rail: Pending review, Needs more info, Approved and Rejected, with Expired and Withdrawn alongside. Each shows how many deals it holds.
  • All owners: choose one person to see only their deals. Deals with nobody assigned are under Unassigned.
  • Search deals: find a deal by what you remember of it. Forecast ignores the search box.
  • Filters: stage, deal source, partner manager, region, and any custom fields you have added to deals.

Each filter you apply shows as a chip next to Filtering by, and you can remove one at a time. Clear all puts the full set back.

Step 3

Read the numbers

On the Board, the Weighted pipeline for the quarter sits above the columns, with a Funnel across all stages beneath it. Weighted means each deal counts for part of its value, according to its stage. Choose Set a target to enter your goal for the quarter and the widget shows how far you are towards it.

Under each stage heading you see the number of deals and their combined value. Deals whose stage is no longer in your pipeline appear under No stage until you move them.

Forecast leads with the total pipeline value. When a target is set it shows the forecast as a percentage of the target, and without one it says No target set. If the forecast and the target are in different currencies it does not show progress, and says why.

In List, click a column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse the order. The columns are Deal, Owner, Value, Last activity and Submitted.

Step 4

Save the view and export it

Once the filters are right, open Saved views and choose Save current filters as new view. Give it a name and decide who can use it: Personal is yours alone, and Share with team gives your teammates the same filters. Saved views opens a list of My views and Team views, and you can rename or delete one from there.

Export downloads the deals the page is showing as a CSV file. On the Board and List it follows what you see, in the same order. The file has these columns.

  • Deal, Partner, Stage, Status and Owner.
  • Close date, Value and Currency.
  • Last activity, Submitted, Source and Priority.
  • Prospect contact, Prospect email and Deal ID.

  3. Name the view and choose who can use it.
  4. Choose Save.

Where to go next

Common questions

What is the difference between the three views?

They show the same deals. Board groups them by stage, with a count and a value for each. Forecast is the weekly view: what needs your review, what is about to close and what you have won. List is a table, with a column for each thing you might sort by.

Do the filters carry across the views?

Yes. The status rail, owner picker and Filters menu apply to Board, Forecast and List alike. Search applies to Board and List.

Why is a deal under No stage?

Its stage is not in your pipeline configuration any more. Drag the deal to a configured stage, or restore the stage in Deal settings.

Can I share a saved view with my team?

Yes. Choose Share with team when you save it. A shared view shares the filters, not the results, so each teammate sees those filters applied to the deals they can see. Only the person who created a team view, or an admin, can change it.

What does Export include?

The deals on screen, in the order they appear, with the filters, search and sort you have applied. If the export hits its limit, Airstride tells you how many of the total were exported and asks you to narrow the filters to export the rest.

What do partners see?

A partner sees its own deals with each vendor. The Forecast tells a partner what is progressing, what is closing this week and what the vendor is still reviewing.
