Manage Partners is where your roster lives. Find a partner, add one by hand or from a spreadsheet, and keep who manages each partner, and where, up to date.
Open Manage Partners from the Partners group of the left menu. The All Partners tab lists a card for each partner company, with its country, website and industry tags. The page title shows how many partners you have against your plan's limit.
Type in Search partners to narrow the list by name. Filters opens a panel with Location, Headquarters, City, Industry Tags, Certifications and Company URL, and each filter you apply shows as a chip you can remove. Click a card to open the partner's record.
The other tabs on the page are working lists of their own: Referrals, Applications for vendor admins, and Segments, Journeys and Agreements for vendors with the right access.
Choose Add partner at the top of the page, then Add manually. The Add Partner form asks for the company name, a key contact's email, the company website, one or more industry tags and the country. A logo and a location are optional. You also choose a partner type, and the form will not save without one.
Choose Create Partner and Airstride checks for similar partners first. If it finds any, you see Potential Duplicates Found. Link uses the existing partner instead, and Create New Partner carries on regardless. Otherwise the partner is created with its own workspace and a company profile that fills in shortly afterwards. A second dialog then opens, with the key contact's email already filled in, so you can add them as a contact.
For more than a handful, choose Add partner, then CSV upload. Companies Template downloads a starter file. Its columns are Company Name, Country, Category, Description and Company URL. Files can be up to 50 MB. Drop yours in and choose Continue.
You land on Review Imported Data before anything is created. Three cards count the Valid Rows, Duplicate Rows and Missing Rows, and a searchable table lists every row with its Name, Website, Location, Tags and Error Status. Rows are marked Valid, Duplicate found, or missing mandatory fields. Choose Import Data when the list looks right.
A partner's record has a header with its name and country and a line reading Partner manager and Region. Click the line to choose who on your team manages the partner and which of your regions it sits in. Regions come from the ones your organisation has defined, and the list says so if there are none yet. Only vendors with permission to manage partners can change it.
Under the header, the Partner Information tab opens on Overview, with the partner's bio and contacts, and Private Notes. Private Notes are visible only to your organisation, so write the relationship context there: deal history, who to call. Sales People lists the partner's people. Contracts & documents holds the partner's contracts and documents, and Account mapping compares your accounts with theirs. See map accounts with your partners.
Overview also has an Agreement conditions panel for vendors who can manage partners. There you set a renewal window and renewal date, the first and second renewal rates, and a tenure hold, then choose Save conditions.
When a partner leaves the programme, open the menu on its card and choose Remove Partner. Airstride asks you to confirm, because removing a partner revokes its access and hides the content you shared.
The partner type sets how the partner's commission is calculated. If you leave it out, deals the partner wins earn nothing, so the form will not save without one. If a partner works differently from its type, the optional Commission motion field overrides it. The options are Referral, Reseller, MSP and SI.
No. Manage Partners is a vendor page. A partner who signs in sees its own partner dashboard instead, and only your team sees the whole roster.
Members with the limited vendor user role see only the partners they added themselves. Everyone else sees the whole roster, with the partners they added listed first.
The page title shows how many partners you have against your limit. When you are close to it, Add partner shows a Partner Limit warning with a View Plans button. At the limit, Add partner is switched off, with a note that you have reached the maximum number of partners for your current plan.
Not from the Manage Partners page. The company profile, such as the description and company size, is filled in for you a few minutes after you add a partner. What you control is the partner manager, region, notes, key contacts and agreement conditions. If a profile detail is wrong, tell support.
It revokes the partner's access and hides the content you shared with it. Airstride asks you to confirm first. The option is in the menu on the partner's card.
No. The file goes to a review page first. Nothing is created until you choose Import Data, and rows that are duplicates or missing mandatory details are flagged so you can see them first.
We will import it with you on the call, show you the review step and set up the partner manager and region for each record.
